DOLIFE site started from an idea of creating the bridge between people who don’t have the opportunity to participate in classes at a physical school and experienced teachers that have a lot to offer.

Drishti can be explained in many ways, but most often it means the point in which we focus. Life is the most precious treasure we have. Why not focus on cherishing it?

When there is a lot happening around us it is all the more important to find the peace and calm inside of ourselves. For some people yoga is the perfect tool for that. Others may prefer to concentrate more directly on some mental issues or maybe have a look at their diet.

  • Are you moving your body enough?
  • Are you spending enough time with your loved ones?
