iRest Yoga Nidra Course


This is a 6 times iRest Yoga Nidra course.

Next course dates:

6 times starting on the 26th of September at 20.00 till approx. 21.00.  There will be no class on the 17th of October.

iRest Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing meditative practise. It can help with sleeping issues, anxiety, stress or pains. You don’t need any experience or special skills to practice yoga nidra. All you need to do is lie down and listen as the teacher guides you into a meditative state in which you are neither awake nor asleep, but your body is at rest.

You will need warm clothes and blankets and preferably a bolster for the practice. At the studio there are yoga mats you can use as well as some blankets and bolsters in case you don’t wish to bring your own.
