This is a 4 times virtual  iRest® Yoga Nidra course.

iRest Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing meditative practise. It can help with sleeping issues, anxiety, stress or pains. You don’t need any experience or special skills to practice yoga nidra. All you need to do is lie down and listen as the teacher guides you into a meditative state in which you are neither awake nor asleep, but your body is at rest.

You will need warm clothes and blankets and preferably a bolster for the practice.
